Retrieves a line from a data file Only when termination requirements have been met, the method should return a DataRow/code> object.

Parameters:

length - the maximal number of data in the row

Returns:

line containing data items in one String

Throws:

IOException, - if an error occurs during file reading

IncorrectDataFile - if the red file is incorrect

Retrieves the line number of current line in the data file

Returns:

the current line number

openFile

Opens a data file for reading or writing
