MAGE-ML check

This functionality is mainly focused on ADF checking, because, the structure and data of MAGE-ML file are mainly check against the MAGE-ML DTD[magd] (corresponding to the MAGE-OM structure). So, in case of MAGE-ML file, the checking is mainly for the controlled vocabulary (ontology terms) check.
