For these functionalities, the user will use a file browser to select an ADF file (Header file/.adh) or workbook), or simply a folder containing ADF files (adh files or workbooks). In case of a selected directory, the tool should manage directories containing several directories, each one corresponding to an array design.
Case of usage:
- Single ADF file checking or after the checking step for single ADF file checking and conversion: the user will be able to ask for the visualisation and the export of the checked and curated data, thanks to the automatic curation. The user should be able to export the data in curated ADF files.
- Multiple files checking or conversion: an option could be selected in the configuration for automatically saved curated data without any user action.
- Step-by-step checking, for only a single ADF file: once an error is found, in the visualisation window (see visualisation functionalities 2.3.1, the checking stop and the cell with the error is edited.
- One at a time ADF file checking or after the checking step for single ADF file checking and conversion, the user will be able to ask for the visualisation and the export of the checked and curated data, thanks to the automatic curation. The user should be able to export the data to curated files.
