MAGE-ML files

As for ADFs, the user could use a file browser to select a MAGE-ML file or simply a directory for batchmode.

As MAGE-ML is not a human readable file format, the user can not be prompted to directly modify data in a visualisation window. So, the warning and errors will only be saved in a log file or displayed in a window and thanks to that information the user will be able correct errors in the data file. The modification will in the user's MAGE-ML/XML editor.

For instance, there is no rule for automatic data curation and that type of data file is not usually created by hand, avoiding a lot of mistakes. Thus, the automatic curation will only be a part of the ADF checking, but it could be an improvement for future release, by adding new rules.
